JOB SUMMARY

The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for making guests feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times.

Job Functions (Learning and Applying Personal Expertise)
Assist the Front Office Manager in maintaining a welcoming environment, by providing guests with stellar service.

*Assist guests with locating the complimentary breakfast area.

*Assist guests with leaving the complimentary breakfast area.

*Take care of guests during their breakfast experience and notify Breakfast management staff of items needing replenishing.

*Assist guest during high check-in times with elevators, directions, and general information regarding events /attractions in the city

*Interact with guests and assist with guests' needs, requests, or complaints.

*Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

*Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

*Knowledge of guest service or customer service.

*Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.

*Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.

*Must have the ability to communicate in English.
