If you enjoy the culinary arts and you are passionate about food and guest satisfaction, then this is the job for you! You will be engaged to do the following:

-Preparing and cooking food on the line in a timely manner
-Coordinating orders with other cooks to ensure they are prepared correctly
-Setting up meals by ensuring proper amounts are in place for forecasted covers
-Ut-ilizing and maintaining work areas, coolers, and storage areas
-Taking proper care of ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles, utensils, and other equipment
-Demonstrating a positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude always

Qualified candidates will:

Have a Food Handler's Permit

Have 1-2 years of restaurant kitchen experience as a prep or line cook

Pass a Background Check and Drug Test

Be able to work weekends and holidays
