Our Culinary team at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is looking for experienced, enthusiastic and energetic Lead Line Cooks. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for the preparation and execution of our cuisine in the designated outlets of the Resort. By applying to this position you are interested in developing your career at Eau Palm Beach. This position offers you the opportunity to train through the various stages of the kitchen. The speed at which you are moved through the positions is based entirely on your performance, dedication, and your pursuit of knowledge.

Job Requirements


*Background in luxury kitchens, with quality volume experience

* scratch cooking, exceptional, creative and technical knife skills preferred with knowledge of statutory requirements regarding health and safety, sanitation, proper chemical usage, fire procedures, and HACCP.

*Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding.

*Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.

*Ability to provide legible communication.

*Ability to be a clear thinker that remains calm and resolves problems using good judgment. *Ability to work well under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines.

*Ability to work with all products and ingredients involved.
