Responsible for high volume line cooking, as well as, writing and implementing recipe cards.
At least 2 years high volume line cook experience. Must be a self-starter and be able to multi-task. Must have hospitality-focused qualities and courteous demeanor. Valid Food Handler card required before start of employment. Need to have knowledge of serve safe. Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays), and have a knowledge of writing and implementing recipe cards. Must be willing to actively support the Hotel's environmentally responsible business practices.
