Job Description


Baking breakfast pastry, special Espresso station pastries, house made desserts, special seasonal desserts for the restaurants. Monthly inventories and weekly pastry ordering. 

Job Requirements


Required: At least 2-years kitchen or bakery experience (or related school experience). Must have hospitality-focused qualities and a courteous demeanor. Valid food handlers card required before start of employment in kitchen. Availability should include any day of the week (shifts will be between the hours of 4:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or as necessary to meet business demands) weekends and holidays a must.  Must be willing to actively support the hotel’s environmentally responsible business practices and embrace our Declaration of Excellence.
