OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:


Supervises day to day kitchen operations and staff. Supervises all food preparation areas including banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and associate break room to ensure a consistent, high quality food product. Works with the food & beverage management team and associates to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. As an assistant department head, uses leadership skills to manage other managers.


JOB REQUIREMENTS: 



  • Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit. 

  • Minimum lifting 30 lbs. 

  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers. 

  • Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching 

  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals 

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures 

  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
