Kids Club Attendant - Variable

Kids Club attendants are responsible for leading the children in activities, promoting a safe and welcoming environment in the kids club  and other family related activities.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Kids Club Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Attendants must have good verbal skill to be able to interact will our up scale guest.
  • Participate with children's programs in the kids club and pools
  • Facilitate activities at throughout the resort

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with children minimum 2 years an asset
  • Kids Club Attendant hours will increase during time’s children are out of school for breaks and holidays.
  • Able to read and write English
  • Flexible schedules including holidays, weekends and some evenings
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 

  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

Visa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
