What will I be doing?


The Hilton Journey Ambassador will be the first connection of hospitality to our Hotel. They will give every guest a VIP welcome, and shape our Guest's personal journey through exceptional Guest Service and conflict resolution. The Journey Ambassador will be an advocate of the Hilton Brand, and must be knowledgeable, conscientious, attentive and pleasant at all times. They will project a gracious, friendly and professional image. The Journey Ambassador will know the city and surrounding areas intimately and will offer directions in a clear and concise manner. They must also have knowledge of the Hotel's services and amenities. The Journey Ambassador will respond to Guests and will inquire as to the Guest satisfaction, and thank the guest for choosing the Hilton Fallsview.

  • Attentive, pleasant and conscientious

  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong multi-tasking ability

  • Problem Solving Ability

  • Previous guest service experience in hotel setting

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time


 Requirements



  • Must be able to able all shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Required to provide a certificate proving completion of the Health and Safety Awareness Training for Workers (e-course provided by the Ministry of Labour
