Job Description

Pay Type:  Hourly rate

Shift Times:   As is typical to the hospitality industry, staff require the flexibility to work a range of shift times (morning, day, evening) and days of week (Sunday – Monday availability)

 

Responsibilities:
* Ensure that Club Quarters Housekeeping standards are maintained
* Coach, motivate, inspire and manage all housekeeping staff, supervisors, and assistant managers
* Staff training
* Constantly evaluating current work priorities in conjunction with the Housekeeping Manager.
* Determine and assign project assignments to GSR and FA staff
* Communicate with the Member Service Desk to determine and prepare show rooms, VIPs, Special Attention, Twins, Cots and Group Arrival requirements
* Communicate to the Housekeeping Manager any disciplinary action the Supervisor may feel needs to be addressed.
* Performs the daily opening and closing function for the Housekeeping Department as scheduled
* Assigns and distributes the room assignments to FA staff
* Prepares AM/PM report for distribution to MSD upon closing
* Assigns  GSR task lists and ensures the hotel’s public spaces meet Club Quarters standards
* Inspects guest rooms and coaches FA's to ensure adherence to Club Quarters standards
* Counts and tallies FA rooms totals for entry on payroll spreadsheet and into the payroll system
* Participates in the GSR and FA incentives and records data on a weekly basis
* Discuss any employee concerns with the Housekeeping and/or Assistant
* Monitors and adjusts staffing levels for the next day in conjunction with the Housekeeping Manager

Job Requirements

Must have a minimum of 2 years Housekeeping experience
Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to speak/understand Spanish a plus.
