Housing & Transportation Manager

Position Description

The successful candidate will facilitate the commuter van program for all staff passenger vehicles on property, maintain records and completing weekly and monthly reports, preparing invoices for payments; schedule vehicle maintenance checks. Manage employee relations issues regarding vehicle passengers, consulting and deferring to Human Resources as necessary; manage the physical maintenance of 120-unit Employee residences to include: Out of Order reports, schedule repairs and renovations; furniture up-keep; product ordering and inventory maintenance; room assignments; key control; security interaction; visitor pass control. S/he will also manage department finances to include: budgets, forecasting, invoice payments and other product ordering functions. The qualified candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively. Must have cultural awareness and sensitivity; be able to perform accounting functions with minimum guidance and supervision. The qualified candidate will have excellent computer skills and be able to manage time effectively. Previous experience in the field of Human Resources management is necessary to effectively direct staff and handle employee relations issues. Experience with HOST, HotSOS a plus.
