The Turndown Attendant will be responsible for providing turndown service and clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

Job Requirements

*Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers and management to their understanding. *At least 1 year prior experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms. *Knowledge of proper chemical handling. *Fluency in a foreign language, preferably Spanish/Creole. *High school graduate or equivalent vocational training. *Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision. *Ability to exert physical effort in being able to clean 308/rooms per shift.
