Inspect villas, patios, linen huts and public areas to ensure established standards are met.
Report maintenance to the housekeeping clerk to enter in HotSos.
Communicate daily assignments and special projects to the staff.
Complete room reports, noting discrepancies, out of order rooms and request for late service.
Oversee completion of VIP rooms.
Ensure completion of recurrent projects ( mattress rotation, deep cleaning of villas and carpet cleaning)
Verifies acceptable completion of villas by signing assignment sheets of each housekeeper.
Report room status as completed via telephone; distributes room report to Front Office.
Cover housekeeping office to include:
Prepare daily work assignments
Answers phones, coordinates, and dispatches all request
Handles base radio station communications
Input room status in computer
Maintains communication with the Front Office regarding room changes, late check out, etc.
Issue vehicle, section, and master keys to the staff
Assist in the completion of monthly inventories.
Inspects housekeeping vehicles for cleanliness and maintenance problems; ensures maintenance checks are followed.
Inspect a minimum of 10 villas daily.
Ensure that all room attendants are meeting our Grand Cypress expectation. Ensures that supply levels are fully stocked in the hut and storage are kept at par.
Performs all other duties assigned.
