The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising, training and inspecting the performance of all Housekeeping personnel ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.

*Proven leadership and service experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort, with concentration within the housekeeping function
*Minimum two (2) years experience in hospitality management at comparable resort property (quality, size, rate structure, amenities) 
*Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment
*Ability to communicate in English with guests, management, employees, and outside contractors to their understanding
*Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
*High aptitude for computer programs 
*Effective conflict resolution skills 
*Knowledge and execution of effective office organizational practices
*Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
*College Graduate or hospitality degree preferred
*Previous experience in management in a AAA Five-Diamond, Forbes Five-Star property
*Ability to communicate in a second language, preferably Spanish and/or Creole
*CPR Certification
*Forecast and Payroll Experience
