The Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Manager to join our team. Loews Miami Beach hotel is a 4 Diamond Luxury Beach Front Hotel with 790 rooms, 65,000 square feet of meeting space, and 7 Food & Beverage Outlets. This position's primary function is to support the Assistant Directors of Housekeeping in maintaining all guestrooms and guest floors. This is done to the four-diamond and more level by providing direction and supervision to the staff. Manage all aspects of the day to day operations, preparing guestroom maintenance and inspection reports related to VIP, assisting in staffing, training, evaluating performance.
- Minimum three years of management experience in large, fast paced, hotel housekeeping environment
- Thorough knowledge of all matters relating to the proper administration and operation of hospitality housekeeping operations
- Ability to maintain effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria
- Effective management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
