Housekeeping Dispatcher

Position Summary

The Loews Atlanta Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Dispatcher to join our team.

Loews Atlanta Hotel offers 414 supremely comfortable guest rooms, including 44 suites, all of which are luxuriously appointed and are furnished to suit the needs of both families and business travelers. The Housekeeping Dispatcher coordinates daily operation of the housekeeping department. Acts as a liaison between housekeeping team and other operational departments. Provides guests with service that anticipates their needs. Guest requests that cannot be personally attended to are immediately referred to the appropriate department supervisor or manager.
 

Required Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year housekeeping or related experience
  • Good English language skills
  • Excellent communication and guest relation skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
  • Ability to communicate well in conversational English, Creole and/or Spanish
