Housekeeping Coordinator

Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

* To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere service
* To coordinate and provide administrative support to the Rooms Division , including Housekeeping, Guest Services and Front Office
* To communicate and update all Rooms Division on changes within these departments
* To maintain all employee records within the Rooms Division
* To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
* To follow all safety policies
* Other duties as assigned


* Previous customer related experience an asset
* Previous PMS experience an asset
* Must be computer literate in Microsoft Window applications
* Must be able to type 25 words per minute
* Must possess a professional presentation
* Must possess strong verbal and written skills
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Highly responsible & reliable
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
