Position Info

The Hotel Manager role requires a strong operational background in Rooms and F&B. The position has active participation in the profit maximization, guest satisfaction, revenue and operational effectiveness. Analyze financial and operating information in order to achieve budgeted labor, supplies, materials and other cost standards. Possess strong working knowledge of all areas of the hotel, experience making critical decisions, with a proven track record of managing, motivating, and leading a full service hotel team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in Rooms Division, F&B or related disciplines.
• Ability to manage and lead each department independently.
• Ability to manage according to employment and innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan.
• Negotiation/interpretation of contracts skills.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
• Present a professional appearance with a confident attitude.
• Willingness to relocate.
