Seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager
Candidate must ensure company standards are maintained and performed daily.
Delegate’s authority, assigns responsibility and hold all department heads accountable.
Ensures proper training for each position including safety and standard operating procedures.
Monitors cost controls daily to maximize profits.
Monitor Sales & Marketing to make certain outside sales calls, reports and files are maintained properly.
Inspects guests’ rooms, public access areas and outside grounds for cleanliness and appearance.
Attend to guest’s needs and resolves issues to maintain Guest Satisfaction.
Completes weekly one on ones with department heads to instill goals and action plans.
Drive associate morale.
All other duties as assigned.
