We are searching for a talented Hotel Front Office Manager with full-service experience and a desire to join an industry leader that offers an exceptional salary and benefits package, as well as excellent work/life balance.  

The Front Office Manager will oversee front desk operations, guest services, reservations, and bell services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling front office, reservations, and bell staff

  • Managing budget / P&L critique

  • Ordering / inventory for front office supplies

  • Managing reservations

  • Interviewing / hiring front desk and reservations candidates

  • Training front desk and reservations employees

In order to be considered, candidates are required to have at least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager, Front Desk Manager, Guest Services Manager, Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, or Assistant General Manager within a full-service hotel, in addition to a Bachelor's degree (Hospitality Business or Business Administration degree preferred).

This is a full-time, salaried position ($52-$60K) with outstanding benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid vacation and 401K + match.   Ideal match for a Michigan native working in a tourism-focused market who is looking to return to Detroit!
