Previous Hilton QnQ systems expertise preferred

Ideal candidate must have previous experience in a hotel front desk operation coordinating day to day operations.  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be very hands on and service oriented.  The position will maintain a high quality of services offered to guests through management of the functional areas of reservations, guest registration, telephone and guest accounting so as to maintain established operational standards.  Responsible for training and coaching front desk associates to ensure a smooth front desk operation. 

  • Valid driver's license required

  • Passion to provide exemplary guest service

  • Proficiency with basic computer (PC) and office technology

  • Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management a plus

  • This is a FT hourly, hands on working supervisor position

Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, this position requires that you have a flexible work schedule, as the hours for this position will include weekends and some nights and holidays.

  • This is a FT hourly, hands on working supervisor position
  • Responsibilities includes streamlining daily Front Office operations to achieve revenue, house profit, and RevPAR index goals, while maintaining company standards for guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection.

  • A hands-on approach is necessary to effectively manage the quality of customer service and guest room and public area appearance.

  • The ideal candidate must have experience as well as the ability to demonstrate leadership and professional image to associates, guests and business partners.

  • Ensures departments maintain strong working relationships.

  • Ensures staff receives proper training in company standard operating procedures.

  • Inspects guests' rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and appearance.

  • Adheres to all franchise and company procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.

  • Promotes hotel's policies and philosophies to employees and guests through direct and indirect interaction.

  • Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

  • Responds quickly to requests in a friendly, professional manner and follows up to ensure satisfaction.

  • Follows company policies and procedures and is able to effectively communicate them to subordinates.
