The Buffalo Niagara Marriott is located in the heart of Amherst's premier business and leisure district. We are currently seeking an experience Part - Time Hotel Front Desk / Guest Service Agent.
Job Summary: Providing excellent service for our hotel guests at the front desk check in / check out experience, gift /coffee shop and answering phones. Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations. Process all guest requests and relay messages. Run and review daily reports/logs, complete designated cashier and closing reports. Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers. Will be responsible for transactions in the gift shop including specialty coffees and hotel switchboard. Minimum one year hotel experience. Full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision and personal / vacation.
