Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills are a must.

Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Front Desk Agent must provide a warm sincere greeting to all guests.
Front Desk Agent checks guests into the hotel, checks guests out, and posts charges to guest folios.
Answers multiple telephone lines.
Creates and amends reservations.
Provides information about the hotel, the surrounding area and makes transportation arrangements.
Effectively communicates with other departments to resolve guest issues.
All these tasks must be performed with the utmost courtesy and a sense of expediency to ensure the optimal guest experience.
