Job Details

Harper Associates is recruiting for one of the nation's most prestigious, highly-awarded hotel companies, which is experiencing explosive growth and development.


Along with the company's growth comes several Assistant General Manager opportunities nationwide for Hospitality Business / Business Administration / Culinary graduates (2 or 4 year degree) with 2-5 years Hotel Food and Beverage Management experience. The AGM oversees both F&B and Rooms Divisions.


Responsibilities include:

-Managing /scheduling employees in F&B and Rooms divisions

-Ensuring employees are expertly trained and provide exemplary service

-Managing P&L

-Ensuring outstanding guest experiences

-Handle any and all guest service matters


To be considered for an AGM position, candidates must have either an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, as well as Food & Beverage management experience in a full-service hotel. Candidates who have Hyatt, Starwood, Marriott, or Hilton experience are highly preferred.


Successful AGMs are typically promoted to General Manager in 2-3 years!


An exceptional base salary ($60-$75K DOE), plus up to 50% bonus and superb medical benefits are offered.


The company is acquiring and building new hotels all over the US at a rapid pace, therefore candidates must be flexible to relocate in order to be considered.
