Skills and Abilities Required:
(a) High School or equivalent.
(b) Minimum of 2 year hotel/customer service capacity.
(c) Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
(d) Able to lift 10-20lbs, and, carry up to 50lbs.
(e) Bending/Kneeling - ability to bend to lower level cabinets and banquet storage room.
(f) Continually moving at a fast pace
(g) Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a shift.
(h) Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by guests.
(i) Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
(j) Must work well under pressure and be able to prioritize tasks.
(k) Must possess strong computer skills.
(l) Basic accounting skills, handle cash and credit cards.
