Position Summary

Precinct Kitchen and Bar, located inside the Loews Boston Hotel is seeking a Host/Hostess to join our team. The renovated restaurant is located right in the heart of the Back Bay area.  For more information, please visit www.precinctkitchenandbar.com

Greeting guests and walking them to their tables.

Keeping the host stand clean and organized.

Taking reservations and alerting the restaurant manager of any issue. • Assisting the servers when necessary and adhering to all Loews standards.

Assisitng with´╗┐ guest requests, food expediting, and assisiting restaurant manager with specific tasks.

Required Skills and Experience

Required Skills & Experience:

• Thorough knowledge of restaurant terminology and food service techniques and sanitation standards.

• Exceptional guest service skills.

• Excellent, leadership, communication and organizational skills.

 • Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Two + years experience as Host/Supervisor in high volume upscale Hotel or free standing restaurant.
