Temporary Position for 2-3 months, must be able to start immediately. Summary: The Host/Hostess will work closely with the Food and Beverage to ensure all proper Loews standards are being met. More specifically, responsibilities include:
Greeting guests and walking them to their tables.
Keeping the host stand clean and organized.
Taking reservations and alerting the restaurant manager of any issue. • Assisting the servers when necessary and adhering to all Loews standards.
Assisitng with guest requests, food expediting, and assisiting restaurant manager with specific tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant terminology and food service techniques and sanitation standards.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Excellent, leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Two + years experience as Host/Supervisor in high volume upscale Hotel or free standing restaurant.
