Within the Hutton Hotel is a brand new restaurant, a southern inspired bar and bistro, located on the corner of 19th and West End Ave and conveniently located near Music Row, The Gulch and Downtown Nashville. The food will be decidedly fresh and thoughtful, drawing inspiration from Chef Chris's southern heritage. The presentation is contemporary and beautiful, using fresh herbs and colorful accents in plating. Keeping our commitment to quality high, we will be working with local and organic produce and sourcing proteins from small, regional farms. Chef Chris led the kitchen at Moto in Chicago, and now, returning to the south, he is able to showcase his experience and delve back into his southern heritage bringing us a burst of southern flavor...
