To attend to the daily functions of the hospitality dining area, to provide a memorable guest experience, and to assist all hotel guests as requested. To ensure that the daily food and beverage service is maintained above quality and safety standards, and served to Hampton and Crescent Hotel and Resorts standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Must have the ability to communicate in English.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in a customer facing role and Food and Beverage is strongly preferred.
2. Guest service skills Genuine outgoing personality and sincere Spirit To Serve. Ability to speak effectively and respond promptly to guest requests for service and assistance.
3. Problem solving skills - Meet challenges with quick thinking creative solutions.
4. Ability to follow sanitation procedures, and keep timely and accurate logs.
5. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, safety awareness information (SDS), operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
6. Ability to meet physical demands of position (noted below).
7. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Take care of what needs to be done without being asked.
8. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
9. Must be willing to pitch-in and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
10. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and guests.
11. Ability to withstand some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
12. Ability to handle comments and suggestions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
1. Regularly works near heat sources and hot surfaces.
2. Potential exposure to fumes or airborne particles or other chemicals.
3. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
