Position Details

1. 3 years front desk experience in luxury hotel, of which at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
2. Strong desire to serve and to provide excellent guest services.
3. Must a team player with ability to multi-task and remain composed at all times.
4. Computer and typing skills.
5. Knowledge of PAR Springer-Miller System will be an advantage.

6. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written (Cantonese would be an advantage).
