Job Description

The Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests throughout their stay, supervising Front Office staff, and assisting the Director of Front Office and Assistant Director of Front Office with overall operations of the department. Our ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, a willingness to be a team player, and exceptional guest service skills.

Job Requirements

Must have effective listening and communication skills, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. This position requires someone who is flexible in working various shifts, holidays and weekends. Previous experience in the Front Office is required.
