The Front Office is a high guest contact area that is one of the first points of contact for our guests and creates a lasting impression for all guests as they arrive and leave the hotel.
The Guest Service Agent will work on the Front Desk or in the Command Centre. He/she will create a positive memorable experience for all our guests, beginning with the arrival process and handle guest concerns as required to leave a positive lasting impression. He/she will attend to guests' needs, including, but not limited to, registration, check-out and cashier duties in addition to providing guests with information regarding hotel facilities and local attractions. When in the Command Centre he/she will process In-Room Dining orders, take care of the incoming and outgoing calls and other requests as required by guests. He/she will also be required to work overnight shifts as required to work in the Command Centre and assist with the audit as required.
- Minimum of 1 year Front Office experience is required. - Must be able to work variable shifts which would include evenings and overnight shft. - Must be able to work holidays and weekends. - Pro-Serve certification is required - Proven organizational skills and detail orientated. - Knowledge of city and local attractions is preferred.
