Hampton Inn Suites-Atlanta Downtown seeks guest room attendant to assure cleanliness all guest rooms in order to maintain Crescent Hotels Resorts and Hilton brand high standards of quality.
Cleans and maintains assigned number of guest rooms in the required amount of time and within set guidelines.
Remains within minutes per room average on a consistent basis.
Cleans and arranges guest rooms in proper placement order.
Dusts all areas of guest room including all furniture, pictures, mirrors and glass areas.
Ensures all guest room amenities are placed properly in the room in neat order.
Rotates any soiled mattresses on completion of mattress rotation as assigned.
Ensures all sheers and draperies are hung properly and are clean.
Removes all soiled linens from guest room and sends to laundry, placing any stained linen in plastic bags for pretreatment.
Maintains a clean comfortable guest room bathroom with all amenities and correct amount of linen.
Changes all blankets, bedspreads, shower curtains, etc, as needed andor on a routine schedule.
Keeps all assigned guest rooms with proper number of pillows and blankets.
Sweeps, scrubs and vacuums assigned guest rooms in the proper way, removing all dirt and debris.
Reports all maintenance requests in a timely basis as they occur.
Keeps maids carts and supply closets neat, orderly and stocked with supplies, ready for use the next day.
Removes any trash, dishes, etc from assigned guest room hallway and vacuums as needed.
Transports all trash to disposal area, and linen to Laundry, in a timely manner throughout, and at end of, each shift.
Reports and delivers to Housekeeping Office all lost and found items on a daily basis. Items must be tagged and
logged using correct format.
May be asked to deliver guest requests to guest rooms, i.e. cribs, irons, ironing boards, etc.
Exhibits ability to work with other departments in a professional and courteous manner, understand and learn
simple instructions and procedures, and perform repetitive routine tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

Must able to speak understand English
Must be able to lift, pull, push carry alt east 40 lbs
Must able to work weekends holidays
Must have customer service attitude
Must able to walk and stand in an extended period of time
Must have reliable transportation
