We are looking for a unique individual who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our Clients and an impact on the Chicago hospitality scene. The Group Sales Manager should have a positive outlook on life and strong community connections. We believe new business development is our base and strong, analytical, prospecting skills are a must.
The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for day to day sales tasks such as presentations to Clients, managing their lead funnel and developing their markets to become the expert in their sales territories, as well as solicitation and prospecting activities, contract negotiations, client entertainment and more.
Our new team member should be a leader and a team player not only outside of the office walls but also inside as we work closely with other departments to inspire our clients and guest.

Bending/kneeling - repeated bending and kneeling required while filing, Mobility - must be able to reach all areas of hotel to assist clients. Occasional standing. Occasional carrying and lifting of files and office items up to 25 lbs.
Education/ Formal Training
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of previous hospitality/sales experience. Hotel experience preferred
Material/ Equipment Used
General office equipment: computer, typewriter, copier, facsimile, telephone, calculator, etc. Proficient computer knowledge required.
