This position is based in Stamford, Connecticut (Central Services):
Assist technically and administratively with booking of groups and all relevant communication for group opportunities for Club Quarters Hotels with focus on US hotels.
Provide input to the, Director ,Groups and Manager, Group Services to identify ways to improve the group team and implementing solutions and group processes and procedures.
Assist Manager, Group to identify new contacts and opportunities for member and non-member companies through qualification and relationship building from existing members and non-members.
Timely follow up to proposals and contracts to close on opportunities and/or identify possible “road blocks” and act with urgency.
Ensure timely proper follow up on all groups at departure to obtain feedback to pass on to VP, Groups, Manager, Group, Director, Memberships, Global Membership Managers and Hotel Managers.

Qualifications for this position:
Minimum two year College degree desirable
A minimum of one year previous Hotel experience at front desk, sales coordinator or assistant preferred
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Knowledge of other Hotel Group booking tools a plus in addition to Synxsis and Springer Miller
Proficient phone, communication and writing skills;
18 - 21 USD
