QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Pleasant personality.
- Flexible with work schedule.
- Knowledge of property and surrounding area.
- Knowledge and understanding of golf preferred.
Check-in and registration of golfers. Answer the phones in a courteous and professional manner. Book tee times in the tee book. Operation of the cash registers and associated systems. Assist customers with merchandise purchases. Maintain the Golf Shop in a neat, orderly manner. Assist the Professional Staff with merchandise displays.
Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by Manager. Assistance with quarterly inventories.
Spends almost 100% of time indoors.
