TPG Hospitality seeks dynamic, service-oriented hospitality professional as General Manager for the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Baltimore at BWI Airport.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Baltimore - BWI Airport hotel is located in an office park, convenient to businesses in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC. The General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including improving financial performance, operational and financial controls, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction scores, and developing and retaining a strong management and hourly associate team.Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will have at least five years General Manager experience, in full-service hotels of similar size and caliber.
Previous experience with Hilton/Doubletree systems and standards a plus.
Must have proven ability to identify revenue enhancement opportunities and be skilled in sound fiscal management practices.
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate workforce at all levels.
