The ideal candidate must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.



  • Must be able to maintain proper set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking beer, wine, and spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce products.

  • Must greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks. Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.

  • Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create checks for guests as well as receive payment from guests and make correct change

  • Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.

  • Deliver room service to guest rooms

  • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.

  • Maintain clean service areas.

  • Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

  • Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.

  • Be ready and willing to assist with clearing and resetting tables.

  • Be able to help out as needed or as directed by a manager or immediate supervisor.


  • For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:



    • Strong communication skills.

    • Bartending experience helpful.

    • Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.

    • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.

    • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

    • Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
