* Knowledgeable on hotel facilities and services to assist guests as appropriate.
* Ensures all communication containing Company, hotel, brand and guest information is consistent with privacy policies, practices and regulations.
* Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.
* Uses guest names in a consistent manner developing a relationship with VIP's and repeat guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


* Clean and maintain Club Lounge.
* Greets Guest as they enter lounge and ensures they are on the club lounge lists.
* Know who the Platinum and Ambassador SPG guests are daily. Obtain the in house guest list for Platinum and VIP guests. PM attendant should obtain both in house list and arrivals list.
* Informs guests of where breakfast and evening hor's are located.
* Retrieve food and beverage items and place in designated areas in Club Lounge for Club Level guests.
* Walks around during breakfast and offer guests more coffee and or juice.
* Clear dishes and debris, empty glasses, dishes and debris. Place items in proper areas.
* Clean all spills and breakage immediately.
* After breakfast, attendant sets up all days snacks. Executive Chef/Sous Chef to supply
* After evening Hor's attendant sets up all day snacks. Executive Chef/Sous Chef to supply.
* Keep floors clean and dry.
* Respond to guest needs.
* Assist with all aspects of service as requested.
* Report any damaged or worn items to management.
* On time and at work when scheduled, and in proper uniform.
* Attend department meetings as scheduled.
* Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests, vendors and associates.
* Comply with policies and procedures. Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures. Write shift reports including reports on any incidents of theft, accidents or injuries when assigned. Check with manager / supervisor before leaving work area for any reason.
* Report any incidents of guest dissatisfaction or unusual matters of significance to manager / supervisor so that corrective measures may be taken.
* Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in task forces and committees as requested.
* Any other tasks / duties as requested by management.



*Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

*Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge

*Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.

*Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

*Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

*Must have the ability to communicate in English.
