The Hilton Charlotte Center City is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. At the Hilton Charlotte Center City, team members enjoy a fun and caring environment where individual contributions are valued and celebrated every day.

The role of the Front Office Supervisor would be assisting the Assistant Front Office Managers & Front Office Manager with the supervision of front office team members. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and smooth operations, and will provide professional, courteous, accurate and timely information and services to arriving, departing, and in-house guests.

The Front Office Supervisor will also be assisting the Night Manger on the overnight shift as the Night Audit Relief. The Night Audit Relief covers the hotel’s Front Desk during the night, ensuring that hotel guests receive hospitable and completes the hotel’s daily audit process according to company operating policies, procedures, and standards.
