Job Description
We seek a positive, service-oriented, energetic and self-motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The Front Office Supervisor will work closely with the hotel’s front office team and all other teams at the hotel. Qualified candidates will have a strong history of outstanding customer satisfaction. Experience in hotel operations is required, as is a passion for providing impressive and charismatic service to all our guests.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Managing the day to day operations of the entire Front Office team
* Managing rooms staff
* Assisting in training staff
* Coaching & counseling staff on effective customer engagement
* Ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction
* Maintaining compliance with company standards and applicable laws
* Resolving customer complaints
* Anticipating potential problems by reviewing and monitoring complaints, operational issues, business flow and associate performance
* Liaise with Front Office staff to discuss and implement strategies to continually improve customer satisfaction, occupancy levels and revenues
