Exceptional opportunity for a current Front Office Manager, Front Office Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Supervisor, and recent Hospitality graduates with hotel front office / housekeeping experience. Join a luxury four-diamond, full-service hotel and lead a team of hospitality professionals!
The Guest Services Supervisor / Front Office Supervisor will oversee front desk operations, a busy call center, guest services staff, reservations, and assist with special guest requests. This position pays $47,500 per year with excellent benefits, vacation, and 401K.
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee a large staff of guest room and public area attendants, handle inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and inspect rooms for perfect cleanliness. Lots of opportunity for advancement! This position is full time and pays $18.44 per hour ($38,000 per year) with excellent benefits, vacation, and 401K.
Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business, General Business, or related major from a school such as Michigan State, Grand Valley State, Central Michigan, Northwood, Western Michigan, Ferris State, Eastern Michigan, etc. and hotel operations experience. Candidates with supervisory / management experience preferred.
Candidates with ties to Michigan are preferred.
