Maintain high standards of guest service and quality
Assist with clearing housekeeping discrepancies
Communicate with housekeeping and engineering departments to update room status and remove rooms from sellable inventory
Ensure guests are correctly assigned to reserved room type
Review each reservation to update special occasions/payment requirements and various other reasons
Balance inventory and maximize revenue by providing upgrades on various factors.
Respond to emails in a timely, professional and appropriate manner
Ensure reward members levels are noted correctly and appropriate amenities are provided
Answer telephone calls with appropriate telephone etiquette
Provide assistance to Guest Service Agents when needed
Work with various systems including PMS (Opera), Request System (Hotsos), Upgrade System (Nor1 and Guest Driven).
Assist the Guest Reception Manager with inputting reservations (same day), responding to Surveys (Expedia, etc) and other various tasks.
Create and maintain reports sent to various management including General Manager.
Perform all other administrative and managements tasks as assigned by senior management
Increase the level of guest satisfaction by delivering an improved product through associate development, job engineering and quality image, through suggestive selling by associates.

Perform other duties as may be assigned by senior management as circumstances may require.
Compensation: 51 K to 53 K based on experience
