At Hyatt Regency Calgary, Hosts are responsible for our guests welcome experience s including, valet parking, luggage assistance, check in assistance and Concierge services. In addition, Hosts will guide our guests through the check-out process ensuring their account is in order, processing payments, and assisting our guests as they leave to their next destination.

This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating authentic connections and enhancing the guest’s experience.

You're more than welcome.

* A true desire to connect with our guests and elevating their overall experience
* Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract
* Refined verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Be able to lift up to 40lbs
* Previous front of house hotel experience is an asset
* Hyattcolleagues work in a 24/7 environment that demands exceptional performance and shifts that may change due to business needs,
