Assisting the Front Office Manager in the day to day operations of the front desk while ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
Warmly welcome and register guests to assisting with guest departures while providing prompt and courteous service.
Ensuring the guest stay meets Hilton's Brand Standards.
Resolving any guest issues.
Assist with the supervision and training of the front office staff
Previous front desk supervisory experience required
OnQ and Hilton experience preferred
Outstanding guest service skills; Strong hospitality skills
Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AMs and PMs
Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
