Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables, Pivot Hotels & Resorts, is searching for a highly motivated individual to lead the guest experience in the Front Desk Supervisor role. This position is key in ensuring meaningful stays for our guests.

Responsibilities will include:
Maintain high morale for guests and fellow team members

operate hotel management system
Provide friendly and efficient check-in and check-out procedures
Answer internal & external phone lines
Answer guest questions and offer information and assistance

Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
Update information in computer operating system

Follow Brand service guidelines
