FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Reports to: Spa Director/Spa Manager/Spa Assistant Manager
Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year spa reception experience.
Basic Functions: The Spa Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the reception area at the spa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.
Enjoy working with people and posses a friendly and outgoing personality, including excellent communication, listening, customer service and computer skills. They must understand how to effectively recommend products to meet the needs of our guests. They must be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment, as well as be willing to work with others as an effective team, be detail and multi-task oriented. Excellent customer service skills and ongoing enthusiasm is required.
Essential Functions
$12 per hour, 10% retail sales commission
