Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
Be comfortable checking guests in and out of the hotel while gathering information and assessing the guests needs.
Think big picture when performing all duties as all of our team are part of our sales force.
Prior cash handling experience necessary.
High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
Read, write and speak English fluently.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to follow hotel policies and procedures.
Ability to multi-task.
