Responsible for daily activities at the front desk, overseeing operations, profitability, budget, quality standard and ensuring the total guest satisfaction.
Responsible for maintaining the brand standard training credits for the hotel.
Accountable, organize, efficient and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Coordinates and guides the Front Desk with Housekeeping, Sales and Maintenance Departments, keeping the Team to have a strong working relationship.
In-charge of Front Desk hours and scheduling to be cost effective in maintaining the working hours of each employee.
Maintains supply inventories and recommends purchase of products within the budget.
Reports directly to the General Manager for all operations plan of action.
At least 3 years of hotel experience in Opera System, and the brand standard.
Previous Front Office Management experience is a must to be considered.
Willing, flexible and can work varied working shifts, AM, PM, Night Audit and able to extend support for Sales & Marketing Department.
