Major Function: To assist the Front Office Manager with the overall responsibility for supervising all associates and supervisors for the front desk, bell stand staff, concierge lounge, guest experience, and At Your Service teams to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Previous supervisory experience (min. 1 year)

Previous Marriott experience a plus

Knowledge of PMS/MARSHA
