Front Desk Agents are our front line in great customer service Agents greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service. Checks guests in and out of the hotel. Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in a timely manner. Upgrades guests as required. Promotes hotel services, amenities, and up-sells products to the guests, cash handling, and Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
-Must be able to communicate in English
-Must be able to work well with others in order to create a positive team environment
-Must be flexible in hours and days worked, including weekends and holidays.
-Self-starting personality with an even disposition
-Must be able to use a calculator to preform moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.
-Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
-One to two years of prior guest service experience is preferred
-Prior hospitality experience is also preferred
-All team members must maintain a neat, clean, and well groomed appearance
-Must have reliable transportation and have open availability. We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.


Physical Requires fingering, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity, and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 40 pound.
